NatureWorks is a juried exhibition, organized by Rollstone Studios to encourage local artists. The exhibition will include two- and three-dimensional art or high quality craft, all media, that represents nature.
METHOD OF SELECTION: Please drop off artwork June 3, 4 and 5 during gallery hours. The artwork will be juried by members of Rollstone Studios. Artists will be notified of the jury’s decision by email by June 8, 2010. Please return on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, June 10, 11 or 12 to pick up work not selected for the exhibit. Non-selected work left at the gallery after this date is not the responsibility of Rollstone Studios.
Gallery hours are Thursday through Sunday 11-4.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: Artists may submit up to three entries. Entry fee is $10 for Fitchburg Cultural Alliance members and $15 for non-members.
Please make checks payable to Rollstone Studios.
• Artwork: Any two dimensional or three dimensional works. Two dimensional work must be securely wired and ready to hang. Absolutely no glass “sandwich frames” or saw tooth hangers. Size limit of approximately 6 square feet (i.e. 2 by 3 feet). Three dimensional work may include sculpture or fine crafts. Sculpture is limited to 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide
and may not exceed 30 lbs.

• Note: all communication, including jury decision will be done preferable via email, so make sure to provide a clearly-printed e-mail address that you check frequently.
Calendar:
Submission deadline June 3, 4 and 5 at Rollstone Studios.
Notification of Jury Decision by e-mail by June 8.
Pick up of non-selected work at Rollstone Studios by Sunday, June 13.
Exhibition opens to public Thursday, June 17

Work must be picked up by Sunday, August 29, 2010; work left after this date is not the responsibility of Rollstone Studios.
SALES AND INSURANCE: All art will be for sale, unless otherwise specified. Rollstone Studios/Fitchburg Cultural Alliance takes a 30% commission on art sold. Rollstone Studios does not insure work on exhibit. Rollstone Studios and the Fitchburg Cultural Alliance is not responsible for loss or damage to items at 633 Main Street.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Rollstone Studios reserves the right to photograph art, and use photos of exhibited art for the purposes of documentation, education, and publicity.
DIRECTIONS: Rollstone Studios is located at 633 Main Street, Fitchburg, in the Downtown area across from the Public Library. Hours are Thursday through Sunday 11-4 pm.
