Let’s Celebrate

Rollstone Studios of Fitchburg presents Let’s Celebrate, a student art show presenting work from children in Fitchburg Public Schools, grades 2 to 8 who are participating in the 21st Century After School Program on December 4, from 5 to 8 p.m. “We will have more than two dozen art pieces that celebrate the diversity of holidays and traditions represented in our community,” explains program director Jennifer Jones. Schools represented include Reingold Elementary School, McKay, South Street, Academy Middle School, BFBrown, and Memorial Middle School. Five pieces were selected from each learning center. “We will also be awarding certificates of recognition and other prizes, and Mayor Lisa Wong, Superintendent Andre Ravenelle, school administrators, prominent local artists and members of the Fitchburg Cultural Alliance, will judge entries,” explains Jones.
